Each player is permitted one Supeace account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed with balances forfeited under the anti-fraud policy.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Supeace ("Supeace," "we," "us," or "our"). The Terms apply to your access and use of the Supeace website located at supeace.net, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and any other features or content made available through the platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of Supeace, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you are accessing Supeace on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to that person.

Registration is free and requires a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and accurate personal information.
When registering, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Supeace reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. Failure to provide accurate information, or failure to provide verification documents on request, may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
One account per person is strictly enforced. Each individual may hold only one active Supeace account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a family member's or associate's name for your own use — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Supeace will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team at support@supeace.net immediately.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Supeace account from your account settings. It takes under a minute to set up and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
Supeace strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to participate in real-money gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Supeace may request age verification documents at any stage — particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include: a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or any government-issued ID that clearly shows your date of birth and photograph. Documents must be current and unaltered.
If Supeace suspects that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the source payment method, and no winnings generated by an underage account will be paid out.

Supeace accepts deposits via all major Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited instantly to your Supeace wallet in most cases; delays caused by your payment provider are outside Supeace's control.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for a previous deposit on your account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Supeace targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1 business hour for bank transfers during standard operating hours.
Supeace requires account verification (KYC) to be completed before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement and applies to all players. You will need to provide a valid government-issued ID and — in some cases — a photograph or a brief video verification. This process is completed once; subsequent withdrawals are processed without further KYC unless your circumstances change.
All transactions on Supeace are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Currency conversion is not offered on the platform. Supeace does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Supeace offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry periods — which are published on the relevant promotional page. Wagering requirements (commonly described as "rollover" or "playthrough") specify the total betting volume that must be completed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable funds. Unless otherwise stated, only real-money wagers count towards meeting a wagering requirement; bets placed with bonus funds may contribute at a reduced percentage depending on the game type.
Bonus funds and free bet credits may only be used for gaming and betting activity on Supeace. They cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash directly. Supeace reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — through matched betting, coordinated play, or other methods designed to abuse promotional terms — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

All bets placed on Supeace are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of every bet — including the selection, the stake amount, and the odds — before confirming it. Supeace does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred, at Supeace's sole discretion.
For sports betting products including Basketball Betting, MMA Betting, and general Betting Odds markets: Supeace publishes specific game and market rules for each sport and competition. These rules cover how bets are settled in cases of match abandonment, player withdrawal, score corrections, and other exceptional circumstances. Players are responsible for reading the applicable rules before placing a bet.
For card games and casino-style products including Tongits, Poker, and Bingo: games are conducted using certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently tested for fairness. All Supeace card game results are generated by software that cannot be influenced by any player or Supeace staff member.
For Sabong: Supeace's online Sabong product follows the established rules of Philippine sabong wagering. Bets are settled based on the official outcome declared by the arena or event operator for each bout. Supeace is not responsible for disputes arising from the conduct of the physical event itself.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant section of the Supeace platform and may be adjusted at any time. Supeace reserves the right to void any bet placed above the published maximum stake, and to refund the excess stake to your account.
To protect the integrity of the platform and the fairness of games for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on Supeace:
Supeace reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited activity and, where confirmed, to suspend or permanently close the account involved, void all bets placed during the period of activity, and forfeit any balance associated with the breach. Where criminal activity is suspected, Supeace will cooperate with relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
Supeace may suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated; (b) we are required to do so by law, regulation, or a directive from a relevant authority; (c) a player requests voluntary self-exclusion; or (d) Supeace determines in its reasonable judgment that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other players.
If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, access to your balance will be restricted during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, full access will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, Supeace will determine the appropriate disposition of any remaining balance on a case-by-case basis consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
You may close your own Supeace account at any time by contacting our support team at support@supeace.net. Before closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending bets will be settled normally before the final closure is processed. Note that voluntary account closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool described in Section 10.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Supeace platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Supeace content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Supeace intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.
Supeace collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Supeace uses your data to manage your account, verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by Supeace, subject to legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at support@supeace.net.
Supeace provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from: system downtime, network failures, browser compatibility issues, third-party payment provider delays, or other technical circumstances beyond our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Supeace's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Supeace is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits Supeace's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Supeace reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date at the top.
Continued use of Supeace after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with an update, you may close your account before the effective date by contacting our support team, and your verified balance will be returned to you.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of Supeace that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
Supeace operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints that Supeace has failed to address satisfactorily may escalate their concern to PAGCOR through the Corporation's official complaint channels.
